Newer multi-unit housing has been added to fit with higher density zoning in some parts of the neighborhood.
North Park is a great destination for shopping with coffee in hand along University Avenue. Vintage clothing, musical acts and used book stores create a meritage of urban flavor and laid back San Diego lifestyle.
The North Park Main Street is an organization dedicated to improving life through arts culture and entertainment.
